We’re growing our team and looking for a motivated, detail-minded leader who takes pride in doing things the right way. This role is hands-on and you’ll lead a wide range of remodeling projects, work closely with customers and sub in the NRV.
-Conduct in-person consultations with customers.
-Prepare detailed cost estimates, including materials, labor.
-Develop clear, professional proposals and present them to clients.
-Work with NRVHI team to ensure estimates align with timelines.
-Track changes in project scope and update estimates as needed.
-Maintain organized records of estimates, proposals, and revisions.
-3+ years of experience in residential remodeling or construction estimating (preferred).
-Strong knowledge of remodeling materials, methods, and pricing.
-Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications.
-Proficient with basic computer software, Microsoft Excel, and digital takeoffs.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
