We’re growing our team and looking for a motivated, detail-minded leader who takes pride in doing things the right way. This role is hands-on and you’ll work on a wide range of remodeling projects, handle day-to-day carpentry tasks with care, and collaborate closely with clients, subcontractors, and the NRVHI crew to bring each job to life.

Key Responsibilities

•Perform construction and remodeling tasks like framing, trim work, flooring, painting, etc.

• Read and interpret measurements, drawings, and project plans

• Assist with demo, layout, and preparation of job sites

• Work alongside other team members to keep projects moving efficiently

• Communicate clearly with clients, subcontractors, and the NRVHI office

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

• Follow project timelines and quality standards

• Troubleshoot on-site issues and offer practical solutions

• Represent NRV Home Improvement with professionalism and reliability

Qualifications

• Experience in residential remodeling or construction (a few years is great, but not required if you’re a fast learner with strong work ethic.)

• Basic understanding of common remodeling materials and methods—especially bathrooms, kitchens, framing, and finish work (we’ll teach you the rest)

• Willingness to learn how to read measurements, job plans, and simple drawings

• Driver's license and reliable transportation

• Professional presence with clients and team members and a team building attitude

• Attention to detail and the ability to stay organized on busy job sites

• A customer-focused mindset and reliable, respectful demeanor
