We’re growing our team and looking for a motivated, detail-oriented, and knowledgeable Remodeling Estimator to join us. The Remodeling Estimator plays a key role in the success of our business. This position is responsible for evaluating project scopes, conducting site visits, preparing detailed estimates, and working closely with clients, subcontractors, and the NRVHI team.

Key Responsibilities

-Conduct in-person consultations and site assessments with customers.

-Prepare detailed cost estimates, including materials, labor, and subcontractor quotes for residential remodeling projects.

-Develop clear, professional proposals and present them to clients.

-Work with NRVHI team to ensure estimates align with project goals and timelines.

-Track changes in project scope and update estimates as needed.

-Maintain organized records of estimates, proposals, and revisions.

-Support the sales process by providing accurate pricing and responding to client questions.

Qualifications

-3+ years of experience in residential remodeling or construction estimating (preferred).

-Strong knowledge of remodeling materials, methods, and pricing, specifically with bathrooms, kitchens, framing projects and finish work.

-Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications.

-Proficient with estimating software, Microsoft Excel, and digital takeoffs.

-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

-Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

-Customer-focused attitude and professional appearance.
